Memorial offers a broad spectrum of wellness and
rehabilitation services. The vision for the
Healthplex as a rehabilitation facility is to
provide complete medical wellness for our community and
all of North East Texas. Healthplex offers a
complete continuum of rehabilitation disciplines
including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
services.

The HEALTHPLEX AT
MEMORIAL staff will assist you with the steps
needed to start your program. Entrance into the program
will require a physician referral. If you feel you
could benefit from the program you should discuss it
with your physician and request a referral.
